Our mission

The role of leader is one of the most complex in the world. During the last 20 years at Sapienti we have rubbed shoulders with business leaders from in strategic HR or C-level roles. People are the most important and yet the most challenging assets in a company to achieve great results. Having engaged and motivated individuals & teams is crucial. We offer to navigate you through this complexity with a Neuroscientific approach, by knowing better how your brain functions you can have a big influence on your personal leadership.

Our tailormade and co-created approach offers three different activities

Team Coaching

Drive the team towards accomplishing a target, whether it be completing a particular project, starting a new business unit or meeting sales efforts. We co-create tracks to enable a team to reach its goals in a pleasant, efficient, and high performing way. We use Neuroscience to raise awareness and adaptability. Every team has the potential to become a high performing team.

Individual Coaching

Our individual coaching aims at improving the impact and effectiveness of anyone in a leadership position. Neuroscience gives insights on how our brain works and how to best use it as a leader. Having a profound understanding of yourself, other human beings and all the interactions you have, ignites stronger leadership, more inspirational behavior, and adapted communication in all circumstances.

Workshops

All of our main coaching workshops include follow up programmes to ensure the learning is embedded and sustainable. The scientific approach awakens a focus on how to hack your brain and evolve in a more brain friendly version of yourselves with a strong leadership style

My experience as a young leader and people manager revealed the difficulty and the passion in finding the secret formula of being a good leader. Becoming a coach over a decade ago gave me strong insides in how to be a better leader, whereby the Neuroscience brought me the scientific basis and structure. My personal mission is to help other leaders to grow and become a better version of themselves, knowing that Leadership is the hardest trade in the world as it implicates dealing with a lot of other humans. Thru Sapienti Diane and me gather our experience and passion as coaches, leaders and experts in Neuroscience to bring a unique approach to the leaders of today and tomorrow.
